21 days to create a HABIT… Good or BAD it happens!
I was talking with a friend of mine and explaining this concept and principle, it was so cool to here these words below come to my mind!
In 21 days especially with bad habits that might be a mental, physically, spiritual, addictive, sensory or auditory it does not matter…. that habit will be locked into your psyche… and it will take MASSIVE action to change that habit!!
In 21 day with a good habit it’s just the stepping off point, you’ll need practice, study, learning new skills and working on this habit daily with no exception…. it only takes a few (LAZY) days to break a good habit!!
